The apartment is situated within a renowned and award-winning residential complex in the Metaxourgeio area. While the spaces may be modestly sized (totaling 85 sq.m.), they feature intriguing views onto the complex's inner courtyard. The design incorporates clean shapes and geometries, vibrant colors, and materials with a pronounced sense of materiality.

Similarly to the architectural complex, the chosen materials are not luxurious: exposed concrete, cost-effective plywood, metal, and mosaic tiles. Despite the modesty of these materials, the minimalist design and sleek lines impart a sense of space dominated by thoughtful design.
